Your hand-picked team of up to 8 anaesthetists has to attend 4 critically ill patients in A&E and investigate and manage their injuries. If indicated you can schedule patients for urgent surgery: 4 specialist surgeons are on-site. The challenge is to deliver all 4 patients, alive and clinically stable, to the ICU/HDU.

Each 30 minute scenario is unique and clinically challenging. Your team will be scored on the accuracy and promptness of your management. Unnecessary treatments, investigations, and interventions will be penalised.
